JAPANESE MANICURE

The beeswax used during the Japanese manicure strengthens the nail, brightens its natural color, and makes it shine with the help of talcum powder. Talc keeps the valuable active ingredients of beeswax in the nail plate, so the condition of the nail improves after the treatment. Although, as we know, the nail is a cornified plate (just like our hair), still, we can make our nails more beautiful and "full of life". Thus Japanese manicure is a perfect solution.

Another advantage is that the active ingredients used in this manicure are free of all kinds of chemicals.

I first shape the nails according to the client's request, then I adjust the skin stuck to the nail plate using a special skin lifter scraper. I remove the thickened stratum corneum from the back and side skin folds with scissors, adjust the zigzag skin defects on the fingertips, and then I buff the nail plate.

First I apply the beeswax paste to the nails with a spatula and buff it in with deerskin polish. Then I apply talcum powder and work it into the nail plate. I finish the treatment by applying cuticle oil/hand lotion.

No varnishing is recommended after a Japanese manicure, because the result will not last (chemicals can dissolve the beeswax).

The treatment should be repeated every 2-3 weeks for at least 3 months. If it proves to be ineffective and the newly growing nail plate is still too weak, a medical examination is recommended (due to high chance of vitamin deficiency, or other health issues).
