FOOTCARE, PEDICURE
We often don't pay enough attention to our feet, except in summer, when they come out of our shoes and everyone can see them... But we should, since we put our whole body on them and they spend most of the year indoors (let's say 'inshoes', haha).
What details should we be aware of regarding to footcare?
Wear not too tight, well-ventilated shoes with cotton socks, use stress relievers in case of rough calluses/corns, exercise your feet/soles, wash them daily, rub off dead skin cells several times a week, cut your toenails in time (and of course make sure that the side points of the nails do not leave a thorn), before going to bed massage your feet with a greasy cream, and in case of problems (especially corns, heavy foot sweat, warts, God forbid), visit the appropriate specialist in time.
Is that a lot at once? You can already achieve very good results if you follow a part of it, but of course no home foot care can compare to a professional pedicure!
